Q - MUST I create an account to shop at Cruise Ready Store?
A - NO. This is an optional feature. It is up to you. You can still browse, shop, and complete purchases without creating an account.
Q - What are the advantages to having a customer account?
A - There are several:
1) Save time. You won't re-enter certain information with each purchase.
2) You can 'save' items in your cart for later purchase.
3) If desired, you can sign up for our store's email newsletter.
4) You will have access to your order status and history
Q - Will you keep my credit card information on file?
A - No. We will not.
Q - How often will you send out the Email Newsletter?
A - We won't bombard you with news letters or sales announcements. We'd like for them to be monthly. But, frankly, it could be six weeks between some issues, or three between others. In short, if we don't have anything to say, we aren't going to say it!
Q - Will you share my name, address, or email with others?
A - No. We will not. Your account information is to make your buying experience easier. We also use it to facilitate communication with our valued customers: to get in touch with you if there is an issue with an order, and (if you sign up for it) to send you our occasional newsletters and store announcements.
